Pork Burritos

3 lb. pork roast
4 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 small onion
4 beef bouillon cubes
16-oz. Pace Picante salsa

Cook in crock-pot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, beans, rice, etc.
