¾ c. crushed cornflakes
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¾ c. grated Parmesan cheese
½ c. butter/margarine, melted
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Combine cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken into butter, and roll in corn flake mixture to coat. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 350 for 45 minutes.
