Hamburger Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef
½ c. onion (minced)
1 clove garlic

Brown meat & onion. Add garlic.

2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 8-oz can mushrooms

Stir in and cook 5 minutes.

1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (undiluted).

Stir. Simmer 5-10 minutes

Add 1 c. sour cream (or Imo). Stir and serve over rice or noodles.
